My Last Lime. It had been sitting zestless in the fridge door for the past week (lime banana bread, VG+) so I decided to use it on spinach-basil-goat cheese chicken rolls. I know this sounds like the wrong thing to put on top, but I mixed the juice of one fat, naked lime with one kid-size vanilla yogurt and a glob of shredded coconut that I've been trying to use up since Christmas. Poured it over the chicken and baked it for a little over an hour. I just tried some and it's good. Here ends the Cooking with Found Objects portion of the show.
