my car

It cost me $250 to turn off the Check Engine light this time. I am so glad that I found a nice mechanic. I used to go to the dealer, which was expensive but convenient. Then the dealer up the street stopped dealing (and fixing) Subarus so I started going to the one in Rockville because they are near a Metro station. Now I am sure that they are crooks. Two years ago they told me that I needed a new engine and it would cost $3500. I gave them their $85 ransom for opening the hood and took my car for a second opinion. St. George of Beltsville's Auto Works put a new seal on something and let me go for $150. If that shop ever closes I am just going to give up owning cars entirely.
