Dredge chicken pieces in flour with dry mustard, ground cumin, and black pepper mixed in, brown a little, remove chicken, drain oil.
Three cloves of garlic, chopped fine, a handful of carrot slivers, a giant rib of celery, chopped coarsely.
Half a bottle of apple cider. A little honey (the bottom of the bear) and about half-again as much cider vinegar. Basil. Powdered ginger. Two small peaches cut into small chunks. A big pinch of coconut flakes. Let this get hot and put the chicken back in. Cover and simmer, I served it over long noodles but I might try steamed cabbage next time.
